Well Engineered can provide turn-key service for small and large projects. We have experience in designing, fabricating, and installing commercial and industrial access structures, all the way up to full commercial buildings. For large projects we maintain a performance bond which is available on request. For large buildings we work with “modern post-framing” which results in better energy performance and better aesthetics than comparable concrete or steel buildings. We will work with clear spans up to 80 feet.

This is a versatile and cost-effective building method that, unlike traditional methods, uses fewer materials resulting in lower construction time and lower overall cost.

This is a versatile and cost-effective building method that, unlike traditional methods, uses fewer materials resulting in lower construction time and lower overall cost. In post-frame construction glulam (glued and laminated) posts are attached with moment connections to a slab, strip footing, or concrete pier.

The wood and steel sandwich structure allows for a lower profile structure than wood alone, without having to cut any ceiling joists.
